We combine the amenities of an office with the convenience of an on-site, Montessori-inspired playspace for preschool children. We are located in Massachusetts, North Carolina, Georgia, and Michigan and run pop-ups, events, and classes nationwide.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Hopscotch Program Lead, you will be responsible for planning and monitoring the daily children’s program and enrichment courses. This leader is also responsible for managing the day-to-day flow of our coworking area, as well as overseeing the children’s programming area. S/he will ensure that our Hopscotch attendees (both adults and littles) are satisfied with our Montessori-inspired, high-quality children’s program and enrichment classes. Part-Time Shift Schedules Available:
AM Work+Play Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00AM – 12PM (4 hrs/day) 2022-1
PM Work+Play Shift: Monday-Friday 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (4 hrs/day)
Duo Work+Play Shift: Monday- Friday 8:00 AM-5:00PM (8 hrs/day)
Afterschool Shift: Monday-Friday 3-6:30PM (3.5 hrs/day)
Compensation Range:
$19-$24.50/hr, commensurate with experience
Experience:
Early Childhood Education: 3+ years
Preschool/daycare experience is a plus!
Retail experience: 2+ years (Preferred)
Working knowledge of POS systems is a plus
Excellent leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Hubspot is an asset
Required Qualifications:
CPR/First Aid Certified
Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds, possibly more
Must be able to reliably commute to/from work
Must be able to be physically active with young children and thrive in fast-paced environments
Must be a problem solver who is biased towards action and able to overcome challenges

ABOUT THE ROLE
Hopscotch Labs is looking for part-time Program Associates to join our team! We are now accepting applications for energetic, creative, engaging, and nurturing Program Associates who will play an integral role in founding our first Hopscotch Labs Brick and Mortar – opening March 2022. We are seeking early childhood professionals who are passionate about contributing to the lives of young children to help them learn and grow.
Using Montessori-inspired practices, the Program Associate will foster self-motivated curiosity and growth in Hopscotch Labs’ play-based educational environment that cultivates exploration, creativity, and diverse micro-educational experiences. S/he will work closely with colleagues in the instruction of 4-8 participants and will support the development of these children in the playspace.
As a Hopscotch Program Associate, you will be responsible for monitoring and executing the daily children’s program and enrichment sessions, as well as supporting the Hopscotch Staff in overseeing the experience in our coworking area. You will help to ensure that our visitors enjoy their time in our Montessori-inspired, high-quality children’s program and enrichment classes.
