Supporting Working Parents Is
Good Business

Hopscotch partners with People teams to provide on-site, Montessori-inspired childcare that directly supports employee retention, productivity, and ROI goals.

Be a culture-changing workplace.

Hopscotch Labs partners with developers, coworking spaces, and employers to create small, high-quality childcare programs where families already live and work. Our accredited, unlicensed model brings Montessori-inspired care to children ages 0–3—within just 600–1000 sq ft—offering a turnkey, flexible amenity that elevates your property, supports working parents, and strengthens communities.

The Opportunity

We are looking for partners who see the strategic value in:

Recruiting and retaining top-tier talent — especially from major markets like New York, San Francisco, and beyond

Creating high-impact workplace experiences that support working parents and boost organizational loyalty

Differentiating your space or organization with a service that directly supports employee wellbeing and inclusion

Investing in real community-building that drives both social impact and bottom-line results

If you’re ready to meet the moment with innovative, family-forward infrastructure, Hopscotch Labs is ready to partner.

  • Support working families with an amenity they truly value. On-site childcare boosts productivity, reduces absenteeism, and helps companies recruit and retain diverse talent.

  • Childcare is the new competitive edge in workplace design. Hopscotch Labs transforms your space from transactional to essential (and profitable) — increasing tenant appeal and long-term leasing opportunities.

  • Effortless to Implement - We bring a full-service solution: licensing, staffing, operations, curriculum, and compliance — all branded under the trusted Hopscotch Labs model.

  • Whether it’s one campus or twenty, we align with your space and strategic goals. Perfect for individual corporate tenants or as a shared amenity in multi-tenant properties.

Praise for onsite childcare

  • I am a PhD student in History and mother of a 14 month old... Blush with its combination of childcare and coworking space has created the ideal environment so that I am not at risk of becoming another statistic among mothers struggling to finish PhDs ... I want to be perfect in my scholarship and also as a mother. Blush has allowed me to thread that needle and while perfection isn't possible I feel like I am working in an environment that allows me to come close to it.

I truly believe none of [my accomplishments this year] would have been possible without the reassurance of childcare I trust and a vibrant coworking space that has facilitated inspired writing and thinking.

  • Blush completely changed my plans for returning to work after maternity leave for the better. We were balancing 6 different sitters to cover the work week and needed more consistency. We found Blush and it immediately made our lives so much easier. The teachers are wonderful and took care of our son during a really stressful time as we waited to get off the waitlist for daycare. It was well work the 30 minute drive to spend a few afternoons a week at Blush! Blush helped us piece together care when we needed it most. The afternoons I spent working at Blush were always the most focused and productive. Knowing my son was well cared for and just down the hall allowed me to be really present with my job in a way that I couldn't be at home with babysitters. I always felt accomplished in my job and energized to put my 'mom hat' back on after an afternoon at Blush.

  • Blush has unlocked a life I honestly don’t think would have ever been possible without them. I have been able to nurse my bottle-rejecting babe, eat lunch with her every day, and snuggle her regularly for naps while also taking on meaningful work projects that further my career as a CPA and Finance Director. I can be flexible with my part time work hours to better serve my clients without feeling like I am 'being difficult' for a nanny/babysitter by changing my hours day to day or week to week. I've also met other parents in the same stage of life that have become my friends. Blush is the village I wish every working mom or dad had available to them. And watching my daughter light up when she sees her friends is just the best.

Meet the team

We’re Deborah Lee, M. Ed., and Anna Stephenson Raborn, co-founders of Hopscotch Advisory (also known as Hopscotch Labs).

Hopscotch was founded in December 2019, with a public launch in March 2020—perfect timing, we know. Throughout the pandemic, we provided coworking and childcare through pop-up models across the city of Boston. In 2021, we established our permanent coworking and childcare space in West Roxbury, MA, while also partnering with WS Development to pilot a groundbreaking "Childcare as an Amenity" program for commercial real estate.

Since 2023, we’ve had the privilege of partnering with businesses nationwide—implementing and optimizing childcare programs in North Carolina, Michigan, Georgia, Florida, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts.

We are recipients of the Johnnie Walker First Strides Grant for culture-changing businesses, Entrepreneurs-in-Residence for Inc.ubate, and frequent speakers and advocates for working families and childcare professionals.
